Privacy notice

The consultation form asks for your name, email, organization if supplied, time zone, meeting preference and a short matter summary. A download form asks only for the details the firm has marked as required for that file. Submissions are stored so the firm can review them. When email delivery is configured, the firm and the person who submitted the form each receive a short acknowledgement. Acknowledgements do not include the matter summary or the downloaded file. Please do not include confidential information at this stage. Sending a form does not create a solicitor-client relationship. The firm should confirm its retention period, data-contact details and full privacy terms before publication.
